Job Title:  Lead Project Manager

Salary:  £45,000-£48,000

Job Location:  North West

Duration:  Permanent

Hours (weekly):  35 (Monday – Friday)

Are you a Project Manager looking to be a key part of a Business Change and Transformation Team?     Do you want to make a difference by delivering change projects within a collaborative and engaging environment?

Your Housing Group has a great opportunity for an experienced Lead Project Manager, within the Business Change and Transformation Team, managing and delivering projects that will support the strategic aims and business plan for the Group.

You’ll be working from home, living in the North West within a reasonable travelling distance of our Collaboration Hub in Birchwood, Warrington, to be able to attend meetings, workshops and training, when required.

What will you do?

  • Manage the delivery of effective business change projects, ensuring plans are comprehensive, realistic and efficiently resourced
  • Manage risks, issues and dependencies effectively in order to maintain delivery momentum
  • Contribute to the business strategy by ensuring that the projects you deliver achieve the desired outcomes for the business
  • Maintain relationships with senior Stakeholders and Customers to ensure effective business engagement and support for delivery
  • Support the continuous improvement of the Project Delivery Framework

What will you have?

  • Strong Project Management background and experienced in managing Business Change Projects with a clear focus on time, to budget and to the required quality
  • Experience of developing robust project plans whilst encouraging stakeholder buy in to support delivery
  • Experience in shaping and developing business cases to achieve strategic business objectives
  • Effective interpersonal skills, be tactful, clear and ensure open interactions with others
  • Effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to work well with people at all levels of the organization

What else would we like you to have? (desirable not essential)

  • Knowledge / experience of the Social Housing Sector
  • Ability to work proactively in a continually changing work environment and changing priorities
  • Project Management qualification e.g. PRINCE / membership of APM

What will we offer you?

Alongside a competitive salary of £45.000 - £48,000, you will receive up to 25 days holiday, increasing with length of service, (incl 3 days to be taken between Christmas and New Year), plus all Bank Holidays – you also can buy or sell annual leave at the beginning of each holiday year.  We also have a Pension Sheme, with contributions matched up to 8%, and a Cash Back Health Care Plan and a Pension Scheme (matched up to 8%), plus many other rewards!
