What’s the role?
Your Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for a homebased Lead Business Analyst. Reporting to the Head of Business Change, you’ll motivate and develop a small team of Business Analysts to deliver an outstanding service to the Group.
You will be homebased, living within the North West, to be able to travel to our Collaboration Hub in Birchwood, Warrington (WA3 7QH) to attend 121’s, meetings, and training when required.
What will I be responsible for?
You will be responsible for analysing and defining business processes to identify operational requirements, problems, and opportunities. Naturally, you will be solutions-focused and not just about pointing out the issues. You will be focused on improving the status quo at an operational level and optimally aligning these processes with business strategy and objectives.

You will have exceptional business analysis experience in a fast paced and challenging business, with a strong analytic approach and significant experience in working with large data sets.
