Location: Homebased Northwest
Weekly Hours: 35 hours
So…. What is this role exactly?
What will my working week look like?
You will be homebased, living within the Northwest, within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Warrington. You’ll be required to visit our Head Office usually twice a week for team meetings and record minutes for Contractual meetings and any training courses. There will also be occasional site visits.
What will I be responsible for doing?
First and foremost, you will provide integral administrative support to the Investment team in the delivery of a number of Investment programmes, and play your part in assisting the team to deliver a high-quality Investment Service, that ensures an excellent service for our customers is achieved.
You will be a keen customer relationship builder able to proactively problem solve and effectively deal with Customer queries and complaints, signposting as required to the right person or service. Carry out and monitor all customer satisfactions surveys for Investment works.
Providing administrative support to the Asset Investment Team, you will maintain electronic databases and ensure that all information is stored correctly and can be easily retrieved and will have responsibility for downloading essential data required by Managers and complete data transfers to the correct systems when needed
You will also work closely with colleagues in the finance and procurement team as will be the first point of call for any of processing purchase orders and invoices requested by the team and running financial reports and audits
You will also have an important role to play in the Asset Investment Team meetings, ensuring accurate recording of minutes are taken and distributed to those that need them

To be a successful Investment Administrator, here at YHG, ideally you will have: -
- Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritise a busy and reactive workload
- Experience of raising financial purchase orders and managing invoices within the finance system and maintaining accurate records
- Strong data input and manipulation skills
- Able to solve problems practically
- Clear and articulate communication skills, both written & verbal
- Full UK Driving License / Use of own Vehicle
