Contract Duration:  Fixed Term Contract up to 12 months

Your Housing Group has a brand-new opportunity for an Insurance Officer based at their modern offices in Birchwood Warrington.

As the Group’s Insurance Officer, you will be the primary contact for the insurance company, claims adjusters and solicitors, taking responsibility for the management of operational incidents and risk and manage the claims process independently, working with colleagues across the Group to ensure successful outcomes.

Working with the Risk & Assurance Manager to promote a strong risk culture, ensuring effective risk management and insurance arrangements support the development of a positive and proactive risk management culture.

Its a given in addition to excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail, you will have previous experience working as an Insurance Officer or in the insurance industry with a reputable insurer or insurance broker.

In addition to the above you will embrace the culture of continuous improvement to support Value for Money throughout the organisation and have a passion for doing things right first time.
