Salary Banding:  £42,000 - £45,000

Are you an Experienced and Qualified Test Lead looking for an exciting career opportunity? 

Your Housing Group is undertaking a digital transformation programme, switching from legacy applications to a range of new technologies enabling a strategic channel shift and we are looking for an experienced and creative IT Test Lead to join us.

You will be homebased but must live within a reasonable travelling distance of Warrington, Cheshire to attend our Head Office, when required.

You will ensure we utilise the latest best of breed technologies and services and have input into the development of testing strategies for both AGILE and Automated Test environments for the Group.

Naturally, you will be a team player with excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across ICT and business teams. 

As our IT Test Lead, you will have management responsibility for Test Team resources, along with developing and leading the test scope.   You will also define the approach and effort for each project, ensuring that quality test cases and scripts are generated to support the testing cycles.

You will be fully accountable for the co-ordination of all testing activities, during every stage of the test process, creating acceptance criteria by analysing features and requirements using tools and frameworks which support this.

It’s a given, as our IT Test Lead, that you have previous experience of managing a Test function along with excellent influencing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
