Salary Banding:    £32,320-£40,150,

Contract Duration:  Permanent

Hours (weekly):  35 (Monday to Friday)

Your Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced ICT Senior Applications Support Specialist to join our inspiring, positive and supportive ICT function during a period of significant change in systems, process and strategies.

We are undertaking a major digital transformation programme and are implementing a range of new technologies to enable a strategic channel shift utilising the latest best of breed technologies, applications and services.

As an ICT Senior Applications Support Specialist you will work with the ICT teams to achieve service level objectives and provide ad-hoc 2nd and 3rd line support, ensuring a high quality service is delivered to the Group.

If you have…………….

• experience in developing and supporting the Microsoft tech stack, including exposure to integration services such as BizTalk, Dynamics CRM, SQL.
• understanding of database concepts and design
• an ability to lead and deliver change in a technical environment
• an ability to ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (alpha/beta/production)
• an understanding of the wider digital landscape
• experience and knowledge of working to an ITIL framework
• experience mentoring and coaching support to a technical team
