Hours (weekly): 35 per week Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00
Your Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for an ICT (Information, Communications & Technology) Project Manager, based at our Head Office, Birchwood (WA3 6ZN) to join an inspiring, positive and supportive ICT function during a period of significant change in systems, process and strategies.
Your Housing Group is currently undertaking a major digital transformation programme and are implementing a range of new technologies to enable a strategic channel shift utilising the latest best of breed technologies and services.
As an ICT Project Manager, you will be project managing the ICT Technical delivery and support services to the Group and ICT colleagues, ensuring that the provision of new technical solutions facilitate efficient and effective working across the group. You will consistently provide high levels of customer service, ensuring that good governance and methodology is adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
It’s a given as an ICT Project manager you will have significant experience of managing multiple ICT, System, and technical change projects concurrently, whilst managing impact to the business. You will be a Prince2 practitioner (or equivalent) and have a solid understanding of the full project lifecycle and successfully delivering business and technical projects.
You will work with key stakeholders to ensure ICT meet business demands and deliver projects to appropriate timescales, cost and quality, therefore, as an ICT Project Manager, you will also have excellent communication and influencing skills and be comfortable working with colleagues at all levels within the Group.
In addition to the above you will embrace the culture of continuous improvement to support Value for Money throughout the organisation and have a passion for doing things right first time.
