Salary: £40,000 - £50,250 per annum, plus excellent benefits

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ICT Business Partner to join our inspiring, positive and supportive ICT function during a period of significant change in systems, process and strategies.
You will be part of the newly formed ICT Service Delivery team working with a passionate and dedicated team to deliver a high quality technology experience to both internal and external customers.
The purpose of this role is to be a proactive “trusted advisor” and a primary ICT contact for the business, promoting ICT services and capabilities. To communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant project information to all levels of staff regarding requests, projects and initiatives.
If you have the following experience we would really like to hear from you:-
- A business partner and relationship manager between ICT and the business, providing support to the Service Management Team
- Identifying Business needs and requirements for ICT Services; and recommend technology opportunities and innovations to support business improvements.
- Report to business on the availability, performance and financial expenditure of the IT services that support them
- Communicate to the business the ICT Strategy, policies and processes
- Develop and maintain the ICT Service Catalogue
- Manage a complaints and escalation process for the business on ICT Service issues
- Develop Service Improvement Plans and drive service improvement initiatives
- Define ICT Service Performance reports and use in conjunction with Service Improvement Plans to drive regular service review meetings with business stakeholders
- Support Problem Management in the identification and resolution of service affecting problems
- Solid knowledge of the ITIL v3 lifecycle
