Salary Banding: £33,000 - £36,000
Location: Homebased North West
Duration: 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Hours: 35 per week Monday to Friday
Are you an experienced Application Support Specialist looking for an opportunity where you can make a difference and work within a passionate and dedicated team?
What’s the role?
Due to an internal promotion, Your Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Specialist to support with implementing a range of new technologies, to enable a strategic channel shift utilising the latest best of breed technologies and services.
Although this is a 12 month contract, there’s a possibility of a permanent role within the Group.
Working as part of a small, collaborative Application Support Team, you will be homebased, living within the North West, with regular travel to our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington (WA3 7QH) for meetings and training.
What will I be responsible for?
You will provide critical customer support to the Group, with the analysis and diagnosis of application errors and problem resolution, for both the short and long term.

- experience providing technical support of critical applications in a complex environment
- a solid understanding of the ITIL Service Management Framework
- experience of documenting and learning new systems and applications
- experience identifying and implementing functional changes
- experience ensuring appropriate records and audit trails are maintained and aligned to the wider internal structures
- excellent communication and relationship building skills
