Role:   HR Advisor (Employeee Relations)

Salary:  £22,000 - £25,000

Location: Homeworker 1/ Birchwood, Warrington

Duration:  12 months minimum -Fixed Term Contract

Hours:  35 per week, working Monday to Friday

Due to the internal commitment required for a HR project, Your Housing Group is now looking to recruit an additional Human Resources Advisor to join our established HR function and provide Employee relations support to our managers and employees across the Group. The role will initially for a minimum of 12 months on a fixed term basis.

Ideally you will be either an Employee Relations Advisor or a Human Resources Advisor/Co-Ordinator that has strong experience specifically in supporting and working with managers and employees on employee relations matters, able to hit the ground running supporting on some lower level cases.

You will be confident supporting managers and employees around cases relating to disciplinaries, grievances, absence and sickness management, including note taking at meetings, and will also get the opportunity to work closely with the HR Business Partners to support on more complex cases. You will champion the provision of a high level of service to both the line managers and employees you support through YHGs policies and procedures in a compassionate and professional manner and will be able to demonstrate the ability to gain the respect and the confidence of both the employees and managers that you support, building effective relationships with them via virtual or face to face meetings, and limit risk to the business.

This role comes with permanent homeworking and flexible hours; however, you will need to live within an easily commutable distance to our brand-new Head office and collaboration space based in Warrington, Cheshire (preferably within a 30 mile radius) to attend meetings and training when needed.
