Your Housing Group have a new opening for a Head of Sales & Lettings

Our Development team is growing and evolving as we have recently become a Strategic Partner to Homes England and have committed to building another 1000 social and affordable homes over the coming 2 years, making it a great time to join the business.

Its due to this growth in the delivery of new homes, that has led to this requirement for a Head of Sales & Lettings for the new business side of the team

As Head of Sales & Lettings, here at YHG, you’ll be instrumental in leading, managing and delivering sales and lettings in line with the businesses growth strategy. You will be part of the senior team within Development and will be involved in assessing and appraising development opportunities from a sales perspective including risk management, budget setting and business planning, and will take a lead role in advising on design and specifications of new homes for sale.

As Head of Sales & Lettings, you be a hands-on leader, managing all aspects of the sales team and will work in a close collaborative partnership with the New Business, Operations and Marketing teams. The Head of Sales & Lettings will very much be seen as a subject matter expert for the business within areas such as market intelligence, future trends, and new business strategy and will be comfortable preparing reports and presenting up to board level.

Ideally you will be a leader of people with a proven sales background in new homes with a housebuilder or registered provider and will have the ability to shape dynamic strategies within sales and marketing in this sector. You will have excellent communication skills and proven ability in managing internal and external customer relationships.

In return, we offer a competitive Salary of   £50,000 – £65-000, 9/10% car allowance, AGILE/Flexible working, contributory pension (matched to 8%), Private medical insurance (BUPA), health benefits cash scheme, 29 days holiday (26 contractual, 3 non-contractual), plus all bank holidays.
