Job Title:                HR & Payroll Apprentice

Weekly Hours:      35 Hours, Monday to Friday

So…. What is this role exactly?

This is a rare opportunity for a HR &Payroll apprentice to join our HR Shared Services team and start their HR career with a business that offers homeworking and flexibility.

We are looking for someone that shares our passion in providing a first-class HR service to our employees and ensuring customer excellence.

What will my working week look like? 

You will be homebased, living within the North West, within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Warrington, to attend meetings and training courses.

What will I be responsible for doing?

First and foremost, you will be working within the HR Shared Services team, learning and supporting with the delivery of the day-to-day activities within our HR Services and payroll functions, such as processing new starters and leavers, understanding the various systems and reports used and supporting our internal customers with their queries.
