Job Introduction

Role: Group CHAIR

Remuneration: C. £25k per annum plus expenses

Location: Board Meetings Birchwood, Warrington

Days per Month: 4 - 8

 

Following a successful period Your Housing Group seeks a new Chair to take them on the next leg of their exciting journey.

 

WHY?

Pretty simple really, the reason is that our current Chair is at the end of his permitted tenure, during which we have achieved some great things.

In the last few years, we have streamlined our group structure and developed more effective business /customer facing services. We are pushing the boundaries to develop new innovations and are working to maximise new opportunities and secure long-term growth for the organisation.

At this critical time we are looking to attract a new Chair who shares our vision and can bring a blend of professional and strategic skills to ensure that we achieve our goal:

To make the very best use of our resources so we can provide new affordable homes and a fair deal for our customers.
