Duration:             Permanent

Hours:                  40 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced Plumber to join our team at Fix360.

Fix360 is a new Your Housing Group company, formed this year to independently service the Group’s properties across the North of England. YHG needed a responsive, professional, value-for-money solution that would bring existing skills and experience together with mobile technology, so this year Fix360 was formed to deliver a high quality and consistent service to customers.

You’ll be joining us at an exciting time; at Fix360 we’re using the latest mobile systems, enabling us to rapidly deploy people and resources when and where needed, reducing response time and stock requirements. We’ll be able to integrate with digital (online) repair reporting systems as well as “traditional” methods to adapt to customers’ property maintenance requirements, whatever they may be.

And that’s not the end of the story – we have bold ambitions to grow the business and expand our portfolio into Gas, construction, and more. The ideal candidate will:

• Carry out plumbing work on maintenance, major and minor construction work.
• Ensure that all work undertaken is completed with due regard for quality, productivity and safety.
• Have good organisational skills and ability to prioritise a busy and reactive work load.
• Demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude.
• Demonstrate reliability, initiative, ability to work as part of a team and on your own.
• Be able to communicate with customers and colleagues effectively
