Salary Banding:         £55,000-£60,000

Hours (weekly):          35 (Monday to Friday)

Following positive changes within our Executive Leadership Team, Your Housing Group’s Finance Team is growing, and we have a brand new opportunity for a Finance Manager – Planning to lead the financial planning of the Group, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and business planning process. 

You’ll be homebased, living within a reasonable travelling distance of our Collaboration Hub, Youggle House, in Birchwood, Warrington, to attend meetings, 121’s and training when required.

In this newly created role, you’ll report directly to the Group’s newly appointed Chief Financial Officer and will work closely with all Directors across the Group.   You will be self-motivated working from home, as a member of our remote finance team, with the opportunity to come together at Youggle House, when needed.

• have solid experiencing using Excel to advanced level and be confident in your ability to use and develop financial models
• have experience of using Brixx Business Planning software
• have excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
