Salary Banding:  £45,000 pa (pro-rata)

Job Location:  North West

Contract Duration:  6 months Fixed Term Contract

Hours (weekly):  35 per week, Monday to Friday

Your Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to support the Housing Management Team.  Although you will be homebased, you’ll live within a reasonable travelling distance of Birchwood, Warrington to be able to attend our Head Office/Collaboration Hub, when required for meetings, 121’s and training.

As Finance Business Partner, you will help support improved financial performance and commercial decision making, working with key stakeholders within Housing Management, to influence them to achieve optimal financial performance and value for money.

You will be a qualified Accountant, or qualified by experience, with familiarity of driving high levels of business colleague engagement.  Excellent communication skills and your proven ability to successfully challenge and drive change is essential. 

As Finance Business Partner, you will have a strong commercial outlook and proven experience of reviewing, scrutinising and challenging investment appraisals and business cases, and develop meaningful management decision making tools and models.

In addition to the above you will embrace the culture of continuous improvement to support Value for Money throughout the organisation and have a passion for doing things right first time.
