Job Title:  Finance Assistant Rent - (Ref: YHG/TP/11849/595)

Salary Banding:  £16,800 - £21,105 per annum

Job Location:  Birchwood, Warrington

Contract Duration:  Fixed Term Contract for 6 months

Hours (weekly):  35 working Monday to Friday

The Finance Assistant Rent will assist in the delivering of the rent income receipt process for group and managed companies in line with group policies, procedures and prescribed timescales. The role holder will be responsible for the processing of rent income receipts and refunds and to support the Rent Accountant to ensure timely and accurate processing and reconciliation of key accounts, including suspense accounts.

Working within the Shared Service Finance Team the operational scope of this role will include:

• Responding to enquiries and resolving queries from customers in a timely manner
• Provision of information and analysis in support of the above
• Balance Sheet control account reconciliations

You will have excellent communication skills and experience of managing tasks to deadlines.   You will have experience in Finance process and Finance systems and be a competent user of most Microsoft packages together with experience of double entry book-keeping, associated accounting controls and procedures.   Successful relationship building is also key to this role.
