Salary Banding:  £95,000 - £119,000 (plus 9%/10% car allowance)

Your Housing Group (YHG) are currently looking to undertake a number of major operational transformation and change projects that will enable us to become a true disruptor within our market.

Due to this, we are looking for an Innovative, driven Director of Business Change & Transformation to lead the development and delivery of this portfolio of projects within service, infrastructure and organisational reconfiguration. We are looking for a strong project and program leader, experienced in delivering multiple change projects, whilst understanding the full scope of a business transformation.

As our Director of Business Change & Transformation, you will provide executive level expertise in service transformation and business change in pan-organisational projects, leading at a programme level.  You will also provide strategic leadership in the planning and design of the companies change portfolio and roadmap, and will be responsible for defining customer proposition.

The Director of Business Change & Transformation will work in partnership with out Director of ICT on several major and complex ICT projects, so knowledge of digital transformation as well as business transformation is key to success in this position.

As Director of Business Change & Transformation at YHG, you will champion collaborative working of cross-functional teams, and will manage the business change team across all levels and disciplines.
