Hours (weekly): 35 (9-5 Monday-Friday)
Our Vulnerable Tenants Support Scheme (VTSS) provides support to people who live in Warrington by enabling them to maintain their tenancy or assist them if they are at risk of losing their home, working closely with Warrington Borough Council’s commissioned Supported Housing services & Housing plus.
As a Customer Services Officer you will provide an administrative and support service to the team. Therefore, it’s a given you will have strong administration and organisational skills, be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft office products. Your ability to relate well to, and understanding the needs of, vulnerable people from a wide variety of backgrounds is equally essential.
You will have a flexible approach whilst ensuring that the highest standard of service is provided.
As our Customer Services Officer, if you have…
- good communication / interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to customers, colleagues and external partners
- strong admin PC skills (with knowledge of MicroSoft Office)
- good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage your own busy workload
- a flexible approach, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines
- good attention to detail /accuracy
