Salary Banding: £19,200 - £24,120 per annum
Job Location: Eaves Brook House, Preston
Contract Duration: Permanent
Hours (weekly): 35 per week – on a rota basis covering contact centre opening hours;
Monday to Friday 08:00-22:00, Saturday & Sunday 09:00-17:00 and Bank Holidays 10:00-14:00

Your Housing Group has more fanastic opportunities to join us as a Customer Service Assistant, based in Preston.
You will provide a first-class customer service experience ensuring a ‘right first time approach’ to our customers. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for logging all inbound and outbound contacts on our management system together with administrative activity, ensuring the correct group procedures, timescale and compliance are followed. You will be responsible for ensuring KPI’s and service levels are implemented throughout the team.
We offer our customers many different ways to connect with our Customer Service Assistant team; from telephone, through to social media so if you are comfortable with multi-channel communication then we want to hear from you.
