Role:  Customer Service Advisor

Salary:  £19,200 - £24,120 per annum, plus excellent benefits

Location:  Eaves Brook House, Preston

Duration:  Fixed Term 6 months

Hours:  35 per week – on a rota basis covering contact centre opening hours. Monday to Friday 08:00-22:00, Saturday & Sunday 09:00-17:00 and Bank Holidays 10:00-14:00

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide a first class customer service experience ensuring a ‘right first time approach’ to our customers. 

You will be responsible for logging all inbound and outbound contacts on our management system together with administrative activity, ensuring the correct group procedures, timescale and compliance are followed. You will be responsible for ensuring KPI’s and service levels are implemented throughout the team.

We offer our customers many different ways to connect with us, from telephone through to social media, so if you are comfortable with multi-channel communication then we want to hear from you.

In addition to the above you will embrace the culture of continuous improvement to support Value for Money throughout the organisation and have a passion for doing things right first time.
