Our Customer Liaison Officers are Regional roles, which means your will have a base at home which requires varying periods working on patch and other ad hoc locations, in and around the North West. Our Head Office is based in Birchwood, Warrington and you may be required to attend training courses and meetings at short notice, therefore, you should live within a reasonable travelling distance.
You will be responsible for all customer liaison functions within Your Hosing Group’s Property Services Team, assisting with the commercially viable delivery of the investment programme.
As Customer Liaison Officer, you’ll have a track record of delivering customer focused services within a property investment environment, alongside demonstrable experience/knowledge of customer management, safeguarding and an understanding of property investment.
If you have…..
- A Level/HNC Level standard (or equivalent) qualifications, and/or have relevant housing/customer qualification or experience
- an understand of compliance, Health & Safety and risk
- previous experience of a Customer Liaison role within a construction environment
- strong communication skills
- the ability to present information clearly and influence key stakeholders

You will be educated to A Level/HNC Level standard (or equivalent), and/or relevant housing/customer qualification or experience.
