Your Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Insight Analyst based at their modern Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington.

As Customer Insight Analyst, you will play an integral part in helping to shape the future and growth of the business while responding to the many changes in the sector to create a more sustainable organisation and maintain our status as a new generation of housing provider.

As Customer Insight Analyst, you will support us to increase our customer focus, helping to shape our customer proposition, unearthing new opportunities and working towards a more aligned service that ensures our customer is truly at the heart of our business decisions.

Its a given you will have demonstrable experience of bringing the voice of the customer alive in the insight work you undertake, while understanding business reporting metrics for business as usual activities within a customer-centric organisation, impacting how we improve our service and interactions with our customers.

As Customer Insight Analyst, you will support the provision of quantitative and qualitative, high level strategic actionable insights, using multiple data sources to produce reports and recommendations for leadership to deliver improvements to both the customer journey and commercial efficiencies.

In addition to the above you will embrace the culture of continuous improvement to support Value for Money throughout the organisation and have a passion for doing things right first time.
