Hours (weekly): 35 (Monday-Friday)

To maximise customer engagement and develop the customer relationship, we have a brand new and exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced and delivery-focused Customer Engagement & Relationship Project Manager.
Our customers rely on the services we provide and we’re proud to help improve their lives and our aim is to continue to provide customers with reliable and fit for purpose services.
Working closely with our customers, establishing a Customer Involvement Programme, the Customer Engagement & Relationship Project Manager, will be working to continuously improve our service and customer offering. Evaluating what we currently offer, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers today and in the future.
If you have….
- Significant experience in managing complex Projects
- Experience of working with residents groups and involved tenants on service reviews
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Strong influencing skills
- The ability to lead and motivate internal project teams, clients and third parties
- The ability to make decisions based on facts and commercial perspective
- Tenacity, with the ability to drive projects and overcome issues and barriers
- People management and leadership experience
