This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Co-ordinator to join our Asset Compliance team, as a Compliance Co-ordinator.

The Asset Compliance team are truly passionate about our customer’s safety, data excellence and ensuring compliance to statutory regulations, and having recently implemented a new team structure this is a great time to join this dedicated team.

We are looking for a highly skilled co-ordinator/administrator, with a track record for data excellence, excellent communication skills and a passion for ensuring our customers safety remains our primary concern.

What will my working week look like? 

Your Housing Group offers a great “Work Life Mix” culture. You will be homebased, living within the Northwest, within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Warrington, to attend meetings and training courses.  You’ll be required to visit our Head Office approximately two to four times per month.

What will I be responsible for doing?

First and foremost, you will work in conjunction with Compliance Contract Managers to successfully deliver servicing and responsive repair contracts, ensuring that YHG meet its regulatory and statutory compliance obligations and delivers a first-class service to its customers.

You will be responsible for keeping the compliance management system up to date and accurate by  inputting, monitoring and verifying data. You will co-ordinate the delivery of services and repairs through to completion, ensuring contractors deliver works on time, property access is gained and certification is received.

You will work collaboratively with other teams to raise awareness of regulatory and statutory compliance requirements, promoting a safety-first culture and also support the Compliance Contract Managers in managing customer feedback.

To be a successful Compliance Co-ordinator, here at YHG, you will have….

• experience of working in social housing in a repairs, maintenance or compliance function or experience in working for a repairs & maintenance contractor.
• excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• experience of administrating data, records and documentation and maintaining accurate records and procedures.

• confident in challenging poor contractor performance.
