Compliance Contracts Manager

Role:  Compliance Contracts Manager

Salary: £32000-£36000 per annum, plus excellent benefits

Location:  602, Warrington

Duration:  Permanent

Hours:  35 per week, working Monday to Friday

Due to continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Contract Manager to join a well-established team in delivering YHG’s statutory and regulatory activity.

In the role will be responsible for Contract Management duties in all service, repair and improvement contracts delivering YHG statutory and regulatory activity in relation to the following compliance areas (Fire, lifting equipment and asbestos).

You will monitor the performance and quality of work carried out by consultants and service providers to ensure all works are carried out in accordance with agreed service standards and legislation and attend Monthly contractor performance meetings, monitor contractor performance and ensure continuous improvement, develop improvement plans.

You will have Experience of managing effective servicing & maintenance contracts to a large and diverse portfolio of mix tenure properties and associated budgets, managing statutory compliance contracts and reactive repairs.

Although not essential, ideally you will have knowledge and experience of using the Orchard Housing management system and…………

  • Relevant building, maintenance, compliance or facilities management qualification and or experience with fire risk & other M&E compliance qualification relevant to area of responsibility.
  • Strong track record in managing the quality of contract delivery and works on site for servicing & maintenance contracts
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement in contract performance and operational service improvements.
