This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Asset Compliance team, as a Compliance Administrator / Co-ordinator.
The Asset Compliance team are truly passionate about our customer’s safety, data excellence and ensuring compliance to statutory regulations, making it a great time to join this dedicated team.
We are looking for a highly skilled administrator, with a track record for data excellence, excellent communication skills and a passion for ensuring our customers safety remains our primary concern.
What will my working week look like?
Your Housing Group offers a great “Work Life Mix” culture. You will be homebased, living within the North West, within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Warrington, to attend meetings and training courses. You’ll be required to visit our Head Office approximately twice a month.
What will I be responsible for doing?
First and foremost, you will be responding to enquiries from internal and external contractors on a rota basis with other Compliance Administrators / Co-ordinators. You will ensure phones and emails are triaged between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
You will be responsible for analysing data, issuing work-orders, monitoring, tracking and updating all work orders to completion. You will keep the compliance servicing system up to date and accurate.

And what would make me stand out from the crowd?
To be a successful Compliance Administrator / Co-ordinator, here at YHG, you will have….
- experience of administrating data, records and documentation and maintaining accurate records
- experience of using Microsoft Excel to interrogate data and monitor performance
- experience of working in housing or with a maintenance or servicing contractor
