Salary Banding:  Circa £19,000 pro rata

Job Location:  Warrington, WA3 6ZN

Contract Duration:  Permanent

Hours (weekly):  14 (Thursday & Friday)

Your Housing Group has an exciting job share opportunity for a Compliance Administrator. This is a great position within a team of home workers, you will be required to occasional travel to attend meetings at Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington.

As Compliance Administrator, you be working within a small team, responsible for maintaining the Group’s compliance records, certification and administrating the operational procedures to reduce risks and maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

You will be working 14 hours per week (7 hours Thursday and Friday), providing a front-line service to internal and external stakeholders and partners, you will ensure we our customer service standards and maintain robust due diligence systems, as a core component of compliance.

As a Compliance Administrator, you will manage and issue work orders to contractors for both servicing and repairs, whilst monitoring, tracking and updating all work orders through to completion.

This is a homebased role, however, we do require you to live within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington (WA3) to be able to attend meetings and training courses.

  • experience responding to customer enquiries, feedback, compliments and complaints via a telephone support line
  • excellent communication and listening skills
  • strong ICT skills
  • excellent attention to detail
