Role:                  Clearance and Cleaning Operative

Salary:               £18,000-£19,000 + Van + Fuel Card + Benefits

Location:           Leek

Duration:           Permanent

Hours:                40 per week (Monday to Friday)

We have an opportunity for a Clearance and Cleaning Operative to join our Vacant Home Refurbishment Team, based in Leek, Staffordshire.

As a Clearance & Cleaning Operative, you will….

• undertake property clearance work
• low maintenance gardening works
• be passionate about going the extra mile to ensure an outstanding customer service
• have a full UK Driving License
• knowledge of the Environmental cleaning sectors and industry best practice
• basic health and safety knowledge in a repairs environment
• experience of delivering services in a customer focused environment
• live reasonably close to Leek, Staffordshire Moorlands
