Your Housing Group has an opportunity for a Cleaner based at The Windings over 55’s Retirement Living Scheme (RLS) in Helsby, Cheshire (WA6 0FP).

You will carry out a range of cleaning duties, including the communal areas of the building, reporting any potential health & safety hazards.  As our Cleaner, you will provide a professional and reliable cleaning service, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness to meet our contractual requirements. 

As our Cleaner, you will be committed to the principles of customer care, have previous experience of using domestic and industrial cleaning equipment and be able to work with minimum supervision. 

The hours of work for the Cleaner role are 15 hours averaged over a 2-week rota:

Week 1; 3 days - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7am-12pm

Week 2; 4 days - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday 7am-11am (7am-10am on 1 of these 4 days)
