Hours (weekly):               25 hours per week (5hrs per day) Monday – Friday

Your Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for a caretaker to join their team in Wythenshawe  (M23 2RP)  and is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience of building maintenance services.

You will be responsible for the repairs and maintenance of communal areas, offices and external grounds eg changing light bulbs and tap washers, grouting, sealing around baths, cleaning of communal stairwells and painting.  You will also be responsible for some cleaning and compliance related activities as well as providing office cover when required.

As the Caretaker, you will work alongside the Keyworker Accommodation Officer and you will be responsible for undertaking day to day maintenance duties and ensure properties are ready for occupation as well as undertaking property inspections.

You will be competent at undertaking low level repairs, have excellent relationship management skills, be highly motivated and able to work alone.
