Business Improvement Manager - Fix 360

 

Are you passionate about Business Improvement, especially around Quality Assurance, Performance improvement and Technology, able to influence senior leader’s and act as a critical friend when needed?

We want 9 in 10 customers to be satisfied with our services whilst achieving our VFM targets. This is our lead role driving business improvement.

Fix360 is the dynamic in-house contractor maintaining Your Housing Groups portfolio of 25,000 multi-tenure portfolio across the North West of England. Since set up in 2017, Fix360 has gone from strength to strength and continues to grow and evolve.

Its due to this growth and continued evolution that we now have a unique opportunity for a Business Improvement Manager to join a motivated, dynamic team and make a huge impact in shaping the change, specifically in the areas of Performance, Quality Assurance and Technology.

You will play an instrumental role leading quality management, apply your analysis expertise in data and performance management and leverage prior experience in the development and implementation of new business processes to help drive increasing service excellence and adherence to compliance and operational standards

As Business improvement Manager here at Fix360, you will lead on the delivery of our business unit level programme of improvement activity. Some of this exciting activity includes; the design and development of Fix 360s Quality Management system to ISO5001 standards, centralisation of performance management along with update of existing tech to leverage agile working and digitalisation. But it doesn’t just stop there…You will also represent fix360 in wider group projects as part of a group wide change and transformation plan updating our technology, data and processes to support us both at unit and group level, achieve optimum levels of performance, efficiency and effectiveness.

FY21 was our best year to date since set up. You’ll support us to continue that success by owning performance management, both of inhouse delivery and supply chain, proactively mixing tried and tested and new ways of working to deliver our continuous improvement targets.

As a member of Fix360s senior management team, you will coach and develop a performance and quality team, but as importantly be a visible and proactive leader across the broader fix360 team and the group, confident and able to both influence and consult as a critical friend to a wide range of senior internal stakeholders up to board level, external partners and suppliers.

As Business Improvement Manager you will be seen within the Group as Fix360s subject matter expert for all activity associated with performance data and analysis, quality assurance, process development, Data capture and technology for all Fix360s operational business units and back office operations and for providing performance and quality data relating to Fix360, throughout the wider group right up to board level.

We believe to be successful in the role you will; be genuinely motivated to achieve results, have resilience and tact. You will bring with you demonstrable prior experience of working at a similar level in a fast paced FM or housing environment and live within a comfortable traveling distance from our new state of the art Head office in Warrington to collaborate and meet the team when needed.
