Job Title: Business Analyst (Process Design)

Location: Primarily homebased with time in the office as required

So… What is this role exactly?
We’re looking for a Process Design Business Analyst to support the organisation through a major change, as we implement new core systems bringing together multiple platforms into one. The role will focus on working with impacted teams to design and map new ways of working that align with the capabilities of the new systems.
You’ll help translate system changes into clear, efficient and consistent processes and working documentation and work closely with teams across the organisation.

What will my working week look like?
You will be working 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday. You will be homeworking with the requirement to attend our Head Office in Birchwood regularly to collaborate with key project stakeholders, attend meetings and training courses when needed.
You will be working with a range of stakeholders and working across teams, building shared understanding, and making sure changes are practical, agreed, and make people’s roles simpler and more effective.
What will I be responsible for doing?
• Analysing and mapping current business processes.
• Working across departments to understand and improve ways of working
• Helping to ensure processes are consistent and efficient end-to-end.
• Supporting workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Producing clear and practical process documentation.
Be a part of a major project integration, giving you the opportunity to develop your experience in system implementation and process design. Giving you the ability to work across Your Housing Group with a variety of stakeholders and the ability to grow and develop in a supportive environment.
