Salary:  £22,400- £28,140 per annum, plus excellent benefits

Location:  Greater Manchester/Lancashire

Duration:  Fixed Term Contract for until 31/03/2018

Hours:  35 per week working Monday to Friday

Tier:  5R

We have an exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor who is passionate about the delivery of  a first class service to residents. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Asset Maintenance team covering the Northwest.

You will be responsible for the provision of an effective and efficient repairs and maintenance service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved, and delivered on time, within budget and to agreed service standards and legislation.

In addition to the above you will embrace the culture of continuous improvement to support Value for Money throughout the organisation and have a passion for doing things right first time.
