Job Title: Assistant Regional Housing Manager

Salary Banding: £30,000-£34,000

Job Location:   Liverpool

Contract duration: Permanent

Hours (weekly): 35 (Monday – Friday)

Following the introduction of a new Customer Operating Model, Your Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for a homebased Assistant Regional Housing Manager to work across the Liverpool region.  You will lead the allocations, compliance, and administration functions, which is a key role within the new regional housing management team.

You will be homebased living within a reasonable travelling distance of Liverpool, and you will be travelling regularly to our Head Office in Birchwood, with occasional travel in and around other operating regions within the North West.

As our Assistant Regional Manager, you will work closely other Assistant Regional Managers, Regional Managers, Housing Operations Service Managers, and their respective teams, to implement and take forward our new Customer Operating Model and paving the way for future improvements with continued innovation in these areas. 

You will have responsibility for lettings and compliance performance, adhering to and reporting of KPI’s, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and legislation.

As our Assistant Regional Manager, you will have

  • responsibility for delivering our void and lettings service
  • responsibility for the management of the administration of housing applications for choice based lettings, compliance and general administration functions
  • relevant experience - a Housing Management professional with plenty of experience of voids and lettings, experience of choice based lettings schemes and compliance functions
  • operated at a team leader or management level within a Registered Provider environmen
  • experience of managing voids and letting
  • experience of managing choice based lettings scheme
  • demonstrable experience of delivering a high performing service
