Role:                     Area Scheduling Manager

Salary:                  £33,000 - £36,000

Location:             Partington, Manchester

Duration:             Permanent

Hours:                  40 per week, working Monday to Friday

We are looking for an experienced Area Scheduling Manager to join our team at Fix360.

Fix360 is a new Your Housing Group company, formed in October 2017 to independently service the Group’s properties across the North of England. A commercial contractor, we aim to provide the best service to our customers, using the most up to date digital solutions.

You will be responsible for managing a team of up to 15 schedulers who undertake the workforce planning for over 50 multi-trade operatives who deliver property maintenance services to 25,000 properties across the North of England.

To succeed in the role you will:

• have worked in a similar role previously, in a high volume property repairs environment.
• have in-depth experience of end to end planning, operative diary management, workload forecasting, scheduling efficient levels of resource, delivering KPIs and providing analysis that drives key business decisions
• act as line manager to your team
• be experienced in using job management software
• be comfortable reporting on KPIs and providing input to delivery improvement
