Salary:  £19,580 - £24,575

Location:  Homeworker 1

Duration:  FTC 12 month contract

Hours:  35 Monday - Friday

Grade:  G

We have an exciting opportunity for a homebased Lettings & Allocations Officer, with some occasional travel to our brand-new Head Office Youggle House for meetings and training.

In the role of Lettings & Allocations Officer you will be focused to relet our empty homes efficiently and provide our new customers with an excellent customer focused onboarding service.

To be successful in this role you will need to be performance driven and able to manage your own workload and meet targets. You will need to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners.

You will need to be competent in the use of IT systems and will need to use several different systems to support our customers in applying for a property and to manage the voids and lettings process.

In addition to the above you will embrace the culture of continuous improvement to support Value for Money throughout the organisation and have a passion for doing things right first time.
