This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Daisy Haye, our Retirement Living Scheme in Leek, Staffordshire. As an Administrator your role will include essential administration tasks, but this is also a customer facing role providing opportunities to make a real difference to our customers’ lives.
What will my working week look like?
You will be based onsite at Daisy Haye, situated in in Leek, Staffordshire.
Your work hours will be Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm.
What will I be responsible for doing?
As part of the Daisy Haye team, in addition to admin tasks you will provide support and signposting to our customers, and support the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the Scheme, promoting a friendly, vibrant community enabling customers at Daisy Haye to live independently.
One of the wonderful things about this role is the variety, no two days will be the same! Customer support is key to this role - you will be the face of the organisation, and often the first person dealing face to face with customers and external partners.
It’s a given you will have excellent communication skills and be a true people person, always on the lookout for opportunities to improve and enhance YHG’s service to our customers.

This role is really suited to someone who likes to interact with customers and deliver a people centric service, particularly to older people, who can deal with a wide range of situations with empathy, sensitivity and diplomacy.
