What’s the role?
Your Housing Group have an exciting opportunity for a Retirement Living Scheme (RLS) Administrator based at our over 55’s Retirement Living Scheme at Ryfields Village, Warrington, WA2 7GB. Even though this is a fixed term contract to February 2023, there’s the possibility of extension or a permanent role.
As the Scheme is staffed 24 hours a day, to ensure support and service standards are maintained, you will be working 20.5 hours each week over a 7-day rota, between the hours of 8am and 3pm, including weekends and Bank Holidays, as outlined below:
Week 1 – Wednesday 8am-3pm / Thursday 8am-3.15pm & Friday 8am-2.45pm
Week 2 – Thursday & Friday 8am-3.15pm and Sat 8am-2pm
What will I be responsible for doing?
As our Administrator, you will work as part of a small team to provide front of house services, carrying out general administration duties and working with the Operations Manager with organising and delivering social events for the scheme.
You’ll provide general administration duties, including file-management, inputting information onto housing management systems and other administrative tasks relating to office management (e.g. stationery orders and building facility testing), and support with arranging meetings and taking minutes at meetings (when required).
