Fix360 is a dynamic Contractor that provides a growing suite of property maintenance services to 28,000 properties owned by Your Housing Group (YHG) across the North of England. With a strong value proposition, our vision is to deliver 100% of YHGs repairs and maintenance works by 2026 and to achieve this we need great people. 

Due to continued growth, fix360 have new and exciting opportunities for a proactive, experienced Works Supervisor to join a growing, dynamic team.

As Works Supervisor, you will assist the Contract supervisors in the delivery of a high performing, effective and efficient Void and Planned Maintenance Service including the monitoring and managing of a team of Trade Operatives. 

A key responsibility will be to ensure that pre & post inspections/QA checks of Voids and other repairs are completed and properties walked off to the required Y.H.G. standard and handed over on time and within budget.

The Works Supervisor fulfils a critical role within the organisation and ensures that the roles and responsibilities of Trade Operatives are adhered to.

If you have……

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent recognised competency
  • Experience of supervising repairs and maintenance works within a social housing environment Full UK Driving License
  • Strong health and safety knowledge
  • Experience of using schedule of rates codes

This role is eligible for a Standard DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (i.e. it involves certain activities in relation to children and/or adults).
