Role:                   Works Planner  

Salary:                £22,000 - £24,120 per annum

Location:            Partington, Manchester

Duration:            Permanent

Hours:                40 per week, working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

fix360 is looking for an experienced Works Planner to join our friendly Scheduling Team based at Partington (M31).

As a Works Planner at fix360, you will take responsibility for the planning of repairs and maintenance jobs to help fix360 operatives deliver a class leading service for our customers

You will have a strong track record in resource scheduling, and excellent customer service and communications skills.  You will have experience of effectively prioritising and planning and will enjoy working to performance and productivity targets to ensure customer satisfaction.  Ideally you will be experienced in working with planning systems such as Accuserv or DRS Optitime.

In addition to the above you will embrace the culture of continuous improvement to support Value for Money throughout the organisation and have a passion for doing things right first time.
