Are you an experienced Work Supervisor, looking for your next challenge? 

fix360 is looking for 2 experienced Work Supervisors covering Manchester, to join our fast growing, dynamic team.

As a Work Supervisor you will be responsible for the day to day supervision of response repairs works and for scheduling and delivering void works; you will play a key role in delivering high quality, value for money, services to our customers and stakeholders.

To be successful, you will have:

• experience of supervising repairs and maintenance works within a social housing environment. 
• Strong planning, problem solving and organisation skills
• a minimum trade qualification of NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
• up to date Health & Safety knowledge
• familiarity with the use of schedule of rates codes
