Amazing In-House Recruitment/Talent Acquisition role with a difference!

So now we have your attention………Why is this different?

Due to growth, we are looking for a talented recruiter to join YHG in a brand-new role within the organisation, and work alongside our current Talent Acquisition Advisor to bolster and sustain our already strong direct hiring capability.

This is an Agile role, which means that it can be done from anywhere, anytime, anyplace. Head Office is in Birchwood, Warrington and our footprint is in the North West.

Whilst this is initially a 12-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity (starting ASAP), there is potential for this to become a permanent role for the right person at some point in the future.   If this is you, you will have the opportunity to see how your hires perform in role 6 -12 months after they’ve joined us, meaning you can continually improve your knowledge of what ‘good’ looks like!

What skills are required?

In this post, you will be directly sourcing for specialist/niche roles within IT and Technical disciplines. You will also work on a wider range of roles when time allows within multiple business sectors, so this won’t be your first recruitment role, an ability to diversify is key! You will already have honed your candidate sourcing skills with the ability to identify, meet and greet and then ‘wow’ passive candidates turning them into actively engaged applicants.

You will manage your own workload and acquisition tactics with a recruitment budget of your own to use to deliver and will be measured on output and quality of the hire.

For anyone interested in part time working, this will also be considered for an exceptional candidate but unlikely to be less than an equivalent 4 day working week.

In addition to the above you will embrace the culture of continuous improvement to support Value for Money throughout the organisation and have a passion for doing things right first time.

Prior to completing your application, please review the attached Role Profile to better understand the role and key responsibilities.

Closing date:  31 July 2018
