Job Title:  Software Developer CRM

Salary: £40,000 - £50,250pa (33 days annual leave)

Job Location:  Warrington / Agile working

Duration:  Permanent

Hours (weekly):  35 h/pw (Mon – Fri)

In the role, you will have an active part in continuously improving team culture as part of the corporate agile/DevOps vision, whilst helping identify and deliver measurable value and iterative products as part of our Digital Transformation.

This is a hands-on role where you will be challenged to design and implement innovative solutions that utilise state of the art technology to resolve business problems.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the CRM team responsible for the delivery of our corporate CRM platform
• Consulting with business customers about their requirements
• Working with solution architects to build services to specification
• Customising current integrations in line with changing business needs
• Evaluating process performance, testing and implementing all software solutions, and meeting face-to-face with business customers
• Developing and mentoring junior member of the team

Requirements:

• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (CRM 2016 or Dynamics 365 desired)
• Able to efficiently customise CRM using JavaScript, HTML and other Front-End technologies 
• Sound Knowledge of C#
• An understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology practice
