Job Title:                 Senior Financial Planning & Analysis FP&A Analyst

Salary Banding:      Circa. £50,000

Job Location:          Warrington

Contract Duration:  6 months Fixed Term Contract

Hours (weekly):       35 (Monday to Friday)

Are you a commercially-focused Accountant with experience of financial planning and analysis? Can you lead on complex financial planning and analysis processes? Do you love supporting and challenging colleagues to drive forward strategic decisions?

Your Housing Group has an opportunity for a Senior FP&A Analyst (on an 6 month interim basis), based at our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington.   

As an interim Senior FP&A Analyst you will lead on establishing and embedding our shorter-term budgeting and forecasting process, which helps inform both our 10 year and 30 year plan.  You will build and implement the Group’s Budgeting and Forecasting models to the FAST standard (inclusive of scenario testing functionality) to assess the impact of multiple projects across the Group.

You will lead on enhancing the management information produced by the wider finance department, via KPIs and analytical insights, to assist the wider business in understanding the drivers of both current and future business performance.  This will be done with a view to establishing the process and handing over to a FP&A Analyst (a role we are actively recruiting).

You will be a commercially minded Senior FP&A Analyst with a proven track record of excellence in your ability to lead the design and imbedding of key financial processes.  You will have exceptional stakeholder management skills, be articulate and skilled at presenting complex information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.   Your technical and analytical ability should be second to none, with demonstratable experience of using Excel to an advanced level.
