Due to growth within our business, we have a new, exciting opportunity for a Senior Communications & Engagement Officer to join our well established, yet busy Marketing & Communications team based at our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Communications & Engagement Officer that not only has strong writing skills, but also wants to get involved in a role with a fresh approach and the opportunity to lead on exciting, engaging projects and really make the role their own.

As Senior Communications & Engagement Officer you will be responsible for the development and delivery of creative, engaging on and off-line external customer communications and engagement activity for the Group, its subsidiaries and brands. A confident copy writer, you will be experienced in producing engaging multi-channel content for customers and colleagues; coordinating campaigns and customer engagement events and will manage the design and execution of regulatory and best practice communications (e.g. annual reports, surveys, newsletters, e-shots).

As our senior team member, solely responsible for the delivery of customer-facing communications and engagement, you will not only lead from the front bringing energy and enthusiasm to sometimes customer facing projects or events with people at all levels, you will also have the agility to work as a collaborative team player, often working within the wider Marketing and Communications team, and the closely aligned Customer Experience and Insight teams.

In return we offer our Senior Communications & Engagement Officer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 (dependant on qualifications and experience), Flexible working/Working from home days plus excellent benefits including: - 25 days holiday (22 contractual/3 non-contractual) plus bank holidays and the option to buy further holidays.
