Salary Banding:            £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Rent and Service Charge Manager based at our modern Head Office in Warrington.

In the role will develop and lead the Rent and Service Charge Teams to deliver accurate and compliant service charge review calculations together with the relevant notices to tenants.  

You will ensure that income received matches the budgeted income model as well as maximising opportunities for income and value for money services for both customers and the Group

Working as part of the Finance Team the operational scope of this role will include:

• Ensuring that the charge setting processes and calculations comply with all current legislation and regulations.
• Maintain records for use in Key Performance Indicators measuring service quality
• Lead on Section 20 consultation processes and procedures.
• Transforming the agenda across Charge Setting to modernise and improve customer experience, drive efficiency together with the application of modern technology.
