Weekly Hours: 33.25 hours based on a 4 week Rolling Rota Basis 8pm - 8am and some weekend hours.

Your Housing Group has a great opportunity for a Retirement Living Service (RLS) Night Supervisor based at Ryfields Village, Warrington.
As the scheme is staffed 24 hours a day and provides a low to medium support service, working alone, the RLS Night Supervisor ensures the building and its residents are safe and secure outside of normal office hours.
The RLS Night Supervisor works on a 4-week rolling rota – covering the hours between 8pm and 8am and some weekend daytime hours.
You will be responsible for the overnight security and maintenance checks of the scheme in addition to communal cleaning of the building overnight, respond to any emergencies, patrolling internally / externally as required, Health & Safety inspections, monitoring of the Fire Alarm, CCTV and door entry system escalating/reporting faults to the contractors.
To be successful in this role it's a given you will have excellent communication skills and previous experience of working within security, ensuring a safer place to live through reporting any maintenance issues, confident to deal with residents’ queries, visitors and other agencies that work within Abbot’s Wood.
In addition to the above you will embrace the culture of continuous improvement to support Value for Money throughout the organisation and have a passion for doing things right first time.
This role is eligible for a DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (i.e. it involves certain activities in relation to children and/or adults) and is defined as regulated activity under Part 1 of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006. Therefore, an Enhanced DBS and Adult Barring Check for a regulated activity is an essential requirement.
