Job Title:  Property Team Leader

Salary Banding:  circa £30,000

Job Location:  Agile

Contract Duration:  Fixed Term Contract for 6 months

Hours (weekly):  35

Your Housing Group has a brand-new and exciting opportunity for a Property Team Leader, a vital  role within housing management, supporting the operational team of Property Agents to deliver the very best local services to our customers.  Whilst initially for 6 months, who knows what the future may bring!

You will lead on the delivery of housing services, with your team of Property Agents, covering across Manchester, Trafford, Warrington, Salford and Stockport, therefore, it’s essential you can travel across this area and live within a reasonable travelling distance to indicated geographical area.

As a Property Team Leader, you will coach and develop your team to deliver first class customer facing services, in relation to voids, lettings, compliance, safeguarding and when responding to reports of anti-social behaviour.

If you have …..

  • knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy / housing management and safeguarding
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • proven planning, co-ordinating and organisational skills
  • the ability to set and achieve targets, monitoring own performance and the performance of others
  • a good understanding and management of compliance, health safety and risk
  • experience managing, coaching and motivating by a team - carrying out regular one to one sessions, personal development reviews with individual team members, supporting their career development
