Salary Banding:  £19,190 - £23,990

Job Location:  Agile

Contact Duration:  Fixed Term for 1 Year

Hours (weekly):  35 per week, working Monday to Friday

The Property Agent is a vital role delivering cost effective and efficient face to face local housing related services to our customers.

Working independently, you will manage properties within the North West or Liverpool area, resolving housing related issues. The main focus of the role will be on voids, lettings, compliance, safeguarding, anti-social behaviour and customer engagement.

If you have the skills/experience summarised below, in addition to those outlined within the attached role profile, we’d like to hear from you:

• Knowledge of Housing legislation and tenancy/housing management best practice
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Good understanding and management of compliance, health and safety and risk
• Proficient in the use of IT systems
• Ability to be effective in a quickly changing environment
• Ability to solve problems – to be flexible and adaptable and able to respond to situations creatively
